I'm trying to find out if a DVB card will be usable were I live. It
seems that there is digital tv in the building. The standards used are

1) DVB-t
2) Open TV
3) Viaccess

As I understand it the first two shouldn't be a problem with any DVB-t
card and the vdr software. But what about the third? The company that
sells digital TV subscriptions provide subscribers with a set-top box
and an access card. As I understand it the channels provided are
encrypted and the access card is needed to decrypt them.

Is there any way of dealing with this in software?
