vdr passes (among other values) two time values (see the INSTALL file in
the vdr directory, the section "Automatic shutdown:") to a script
(an example of the script you can find in nvram-wakeup/VDR directory)

the two times are
 - the exact time when the next timer hits
 - the relative time (how long it takes until the next timer hits)

nvram-wakeup will only use the first value and set the actual wakeup time
WAKEUP_BEFORE minutes earlier (default 5min, see nvram-wakeup.h)
