I solved this issue by buying a new multi-switch (expensive, but it works).
As I described the problem to the dealer, he told me, the switch recognizes
everything between 5kHz and 25kHz as the 22kHz Signal...

Old switch (not working in horizontal high band with DVB-s card): "Bauckhage
5x6 Multiswitch BMS516NT"
New switch (working brilliant): "Spaun SMS 5802 NF" (ca. 250 EUR)
