[vdr] Kernel config for Suse 8

Hello,

maybe it is a little bit off topic but it maybe of interest
for other linux newbies too.

As I am currently setting up my new vdr machine I would like
to have a small and lean linux kernel.
Of course I have to include all modules for my hardware.
What kernel options/modules do I really need for running vdr?

I would like to run samba in the future too.
