I'm also having trouble with Pro-7's EPG. There are only four events...

The only one I have is

  Zuschauerservice N24 <zuschauerservice.n24@n24.de>

I actually did get a response from them back when I complained about
the wrong timestamps between 00:00 and 06:00.
