[vdr] vdradmin v0.14 & autotimer bug

Hi,

There is a bug in how vdradmin handles autotimers which's start/stop time goes 
accross midnight. I have a autotimer that has it's start time set to 23:00 
and it's stop time set to 07:00. This autotimer fails  to select a 
programming that runs from 01:10 to 01:55.

It's weekend and i don't like feel hunting the bug myself, so hopefully 
someone else can find it.
