[vdr] channel tunning

Hello,
I generated a channels.conf with the tools dtv_scan for my
cable provider.
Everything is fine, exept of 3 channels.
Everytime I want to switch to one of them I get the
following message
vdr[3806]: ERROR: timeout while tuning

I played around with the values for FEC_inner and Inversion
in dvbapi.c within the "case FE_QAM:". But nothing changed.
VDR was always able to tune to the "good" channels and was
not able to tune to the 3 "bad" channels.

Regarding to dtv the channels are free to air (ATV, VOX and
VIVA).
I am using VDR 1.0.2 with the latest AIO and a Haupage DVB-c
card.

The channels.conf entries are
ATV              :810:C:0:6900:2176:2177:0:0:12003
VOX              :810:C:0:6900:2112:2113:2114:0:12004
VIVA             :362:C:0:6900:2112:2113:2114:0:7002

What else can I do?
Are there some parameters where I can change the behaviour
while tuning?
