[vdr] decoding satellite

I have Bell ExpressVu (a variant of the dish network i believe), it uses 
DVB and most channels are encoded with Nagravision.

The receiver I have already has a slot for a card. This card has a little 
chip on it that says nagravision.

I would like to use a DVB card with VDR, but I need to be able to decode 
the satellite transmission for it to be of any good use to me. Even if I 
could get another card from Bell, I wouldn't have anything to read from it.

Can anyone help with this situation?
