Attached is a small patch that is scaling the bargraphs  from tech 
between some values that are in setup.conf file . Values are LoSS and 
HiSS for the SS bar ( my values are 0 to 180 dBm) and LoSNR , HiSNR for 
the SNR bar ( my values are -1 to 18 dB ).

The patch will apply over the Andy's AIO-0407 patch.
