These errors come from the EPG scanner switching channels on your second DVB card.
I get this, too, sometimes (very seldom, though). If the second card would be used
for recording and the channel switching wouldn't work, VDR would initiate
an emergency exit, which in turn would reload the driver - which normally cures
this.
