[vdr] Where can I buy a new DVBs Card ? (cheap + new)

Hi,

after my first card dies (slowly but constantly wrecking tuner...) I am 
looking for a new Card..
At Ebay many sellers offer new Cards (Fujitsu-Siemens or Hauppauge Rev. 1.3) 
for about 170 Euros.

Isn't there any Seller whicht sells them directly for under 170 Euros ?  Two 
years ago I bought my (original) Technotrend Card for 300 DM incl. P&P ...
