Yes, I have this working at the moment (UK DVB-T input -> DVB-S output). 
  The only problem I have at the moment is that I can't record and watch 
the stream from the DVB-T at the same time - I assume this is a 
limitation of vdr, rather than the driver/cards.  Hopefully, I'll have 
time to look at the source soon..
