[vdr] Recordings vanishing & reapering ! This is no VFAT Error !

Some System and vdr Info first: 

system  : redhat 7.2 (upgraded)
vdr     : 1.0.4 (but error also present at 1.0.3) 
patch   : newest aio 
	REMOTE=LIRC VCD=1 CB=1 COLOR=1 FONT=SMALL TELETEXT=1
vdruser : not root 

during normal operation (in most cases after a new recording but not
ever and not allwase in that case) my made recordings just vanish in
the OSD. They are still present on the FS. After a reboot they
sometimes reapear but most often not. 

A system reboot on the other hand does "fix" it. Also i found out that
i can "fix" it by starting the vdr as root. So with root i see the
recordings in the OSD and after killing it and resarting under my
normal vdruser the recordsings are gone again.
