[vdr] Suggest to move config/var files

Hi,

I only want to suggest moving all !video files from /video to other
locations by default. 

There are mainly two reasons to do so:
1. according to Linux filesystem standard configs belog to /etc/, so a guess
would be /etc/vdr or /etc/sysconfig/vdr and some other data like
epg/id3cache should resist in /var/spool/vdr or /var/vdr
2. to get my vdr quiet i installed everything on a compact flash card
(256MB) and put /video into the automountd. So the harddrive can be shut
down after 30secs. And writing epg or mp3 cache files there allways fires up
my harddisk. That also requires the point taken some mails down (cache the
disk usage for menudisplay).
