Save your time. PCI-Macs may need no fan for the processor, but the
powersupply needs one. The fan-less or very silent Macs (Cube, iMacs, eMac)
are lacking the pci-connector. Consider using a via-eden board instead - or
try
a Via c3 processor which is socket 370 compatible. These cpu's are specified
for passive cooling.
