[vdr] Sudden problem on loading dvb card drivers

Good Morning List,

I've got a problem with my Fujitsu Siemens DVB-S Card (rev 1.3) as the driver doesn't find the card anymore.

First I have changed the PCI-Slot which is holding the DVB card. Then I've reinstalled the kernel (+modules) (2.4.19) from scratch to be sure that I didn't have corrupted something as I've installed sensors and tested a mini-dvb-distribution before.

Afterwards I've tried the SuSE-2.4.10 and Linux 2.4.19 Kernel in each case with 0.9-20020202, 0.9.4, 0.9.4-2002-03-16, 0.9.4-2002-06-23, 0.9.4-2002-04-01 and CVS drivers. In between I've also checked my BIOS settings, but I couldn't find anything that seems to be wrong (plug&play=off).

To be sure that the card is not broken, I've tested it with Windows on another computer. After this successful test, I've changed the vdr-computer mainboard but the situation didn't improve.

Is there someone who had similar problems or someone who knows how to fix it? I will appreciate any help as I don't know what to do next...

Best Regards
Frank
