[vdr] NEWSTRUCT, help please

Sorry for this question,but

what is exactly NEWSTRUCT?

I think is the new DVB driver, but at DVB download section of linuxtv.org, 
the last driver I can see is siemens_dvb-0.9.4 from 08-Feb-2002.

Where can I download NEWSTRUCT?
