A dxr3 is a graphics card with TV-out

you need a second for the dxr3

not really. with the analogue ones you need a veeery fast cpu. A P4 2.8
GHz is not really sufficient to encode material to MPEG2 in
realtime....
and a fast cpu is far more expensive than a DVB-s card. You'll get them
from ebay at around 150€
