I just sold mine at Ebay. If you take a VIA C3 with just a heatsink and 
lower the voltage of the powersupply to 7 volt,
the noise is ok ! But in the original state its really loud !
Also you have to turn around the case fan at the frontside. In my box it 
blows the wind out of the box, what makes no sense, because the power 
supply fan does the same so you don't get an air stream through the case.
