[vdr] playing mpeg's over LAN from WIN-PC on VDR -- Bad PIC

Hello,
 
yesterday I mounted a win DIR with  mpeg /extracted from a SVCD/ in it.
Dirs and names like v d r.
If a play the picture seems to be some kind of "moved" half out and in
again; like if you "overstretch" a tv/mon Picture.
This results in bad PIC quality and some kind of flicker, but smooth
replay.
If I copy the mpeg to my v d r local HD every thing is fine.
I use a 10 Mbit Lan (should be enough or?)  
Anyone got a working solution ?
