[vdr] Streaming

Hiya @all,

maybe i'am stone blind, but where could i find the windowspart for streaming?

the README.streaming say:

Windows-Part:
Extract the zip somewhere on your harddisk.
Run register.bat to add dvbrtp.ax to your registry.
Start dvbpl.exe and select a channel.

but i don't have a .zip file
