Lyngsat (http://www.lyngsat.com) has the most up to date data for audio/video pids. No automatic export, but the channel list is divided by provider.

Yep, dtv_scan is you friend, it is a tool that comes with DTV ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/hesdvb/ ), it even has an option to create a channels.conf (VDR 1.0.x version).
It only gets the first audio pid, though ....
