[vdr] vdr 1.1.13 and patch for recording encrypted channels

Hi!

I use vdr 1.1.13 and have aplied the patch for recording encrypted channels. 
Now if I try to change the Apid with the green button, the picture disappear 
and went black. Only after switching the channel the picture is back. Too I 
got following errors on radiostations :

Okt 24 16:07:04 ernie vdr[4426]: switching to channel 376
Okt 24 16:07:04 ernie vdr[4426]: ERROR (dvbdevice.c,362): Device or resource 
busy
Okt 24 16:07:08 ernie vdr[4426]: switching to channel 377
Okt 24 16:07:08 ernie vdr[4426]: ERROR (dvbdevice.c,362): Device or resource 
busy


Maybe this is , because I switched to HEAD now ? Can anyone confirm this 
behavior ? Anyone an idea how to solve it ?
