[vdr] CI-Bug in 1.1.13???

i´ve done a little testing on a system with 2 full equipted cards (CI+Irdeto+subsciption onboth cards), it turned out that if i enable the CI option for irdeto on both card it does not work as expected

i could reproduce it very good in the folowing way:

-enable irdeto on both cards
-restart vdr
-after the restart the CI option of the primary card is disabled and on the secondary enabled

if only ONE ci option is enabled (primary or secondary card) all works as expected (even after a restart the ci option on the primary card stays there)

with 1.0.4 it works the right way
