[vdr] tuning problem with dvb-c, 20021101 driver and 1.1.15

hello list
i got a dvb-c
i installed vdr 1.1.14 & 1.1.15
with 20021101 driver with patched root
the driver do load and i can get replay of past recordings
but tuning seems not to work
i tried several FTA channels with that kind of conf (i tried also with 
old channels.conf from 1.0.4)
xxx:235:M64:C:6875:164:96:0:0:8705

but nothing shows up
i compiled this way:

make clean
make
./makedev.napi
make insmod

the dtv_scan app tells me:
..
Device 0 switched on
cannot open /dev/ost/frontend0 (No such file or directory)
..

Also noticed strange cpu load from the dvb driver
about 50% on a 233mmx with no other process

any ideas? thank you
