I've the same for short time.
take a look at your message-console for a vdr-errors like
'ERROR: channel data not unique!'
'error in /usr/local/vdr/etc/channels.conf, line 26'

I've the error, by PrimiereWorld-Channels (PrimiereSport2/PrimiereDirect
were the same)

btw: the prefermenu-plugin makes also problems. deactivate it!
