I do not know.
Are you sure you are lookung at the URL in the NEW window
that popped up when you clicked the "Bookmark setzen" link?

I just tried it and it works. The wording in their menus has
changed slightly (I just updated the README file accordingly).
I logged into my account.
In the "Mein Programm" sidebar I opened the "System" submenu.
In the "System" submenu, I clicked "Bookmark setzen" and a
window popped up that contained the URL
   http://www.tvtvtv.de/cgi-bin/bookmark.cgi?id=..........
