[vdr] ANNOUNCE: console plugin vdr-console-0.1.0

Hi,

because of the actual discussion about VDR as a terminal, i would like to
announce my plugin "console" for the developer version of VDR.

With this plugin you can use your - to the VDR box connected - TV screen and
keyboard as a terminal. In the corresponding menu of the OSD you can manage
several consoles that run simultaniously.

Please note:
- This is an early development stand and the implemented terminal
  emulation (VT102) lacks of features and perhaps it is incompatible
  with real terminals. So things could be displayed wrong.
- The plugin uses its own implementation of cRemote for keyboard
  support. So you must not compile VDR with REMOTE=KBD !!! If you
  want to use your keyboard also as remote controller then use
        ./vdr -P"console -r"
  to start vdr instead. The plugin then manages a keyboard capture
  mode. With this you can switch between "keyboard as remote
  controller" or "keyboard for input to a console". (More infos in
  the README).

The plugin is developed under VDR version 1.1.15 but it schould also
function with older and newer versions of the developer version of VDR.

Please test it and post suggestions (or better patchs) to correct the
terminal emulation and other things.
