[vdr] RGB cable update and a tip

I redid the cable using connectors from an old case, ( turbo, led's or
whatever) and a cd-rom audio cable. The Picture is PERFECT :)  Seems the
floppy ribbon cable was a poor choice. So now the cable is.....

1. the connectors mentioned above connected to a db9 serial mounted to the
case.
2. Dreamcast RGB with the dc plug cut off and a db9 in its place.

The Dreamcast cable is cool because it not only has the resistor in place
for the 5+ but also capisitors for the red/green/blue . All in all a great
picture!!!
