That's a great idea, especially the multiple recordings. The author provides
the software, so it shouldn't be a problem to implement it into a VDR-plugin
or patch.

Any good C-/C++-programmer out there to do it?

BTW.: What about a USB-solution? Can anyone modify the layout?
