[vdr] vdr 1.1.6 problem deleting recordings

Hi,

I am using vdr version 1.1.6 with runvdr and the standard 60 secs
timeout and I am frequently having restarts due to deletion of
recordings which I removed by hand (rm -rf on the commandline) because I
needed space faster than vdr was willing to actually remove the files.
Somehow vdr isn't responsive at all while it is trying to remove a
non-existing recording:

--------------------------------------------------
Dec 4 00:25:02 amun vdr[5748]: removing recording
/video0/Kinder/Die_Biene_Maja/62._Die_Maus_in_der_Flasche/2002-07-29.18:28.50.30.del
Dec 4 00:26:00 amun vdr[5748]: PANIC: watchdog timer expired - exiting!
Dec 4 00:26:00 amun lircd 0.6.6[931]: removed client
Dec 4 00:26:00 amun su(pam_unix)[5747]: session closed for user root
Dec 4 00:26:11 amun kernel: dvb: 2 dvb(s) released.
--------------------------------------------------

For several deleted recordings thats continues over restarts of the
driver and vdr. Where does vdr store deletion requests other than the
".del" markup in the directory name?

In connection with this problem I find the following message in the syslog:

--------------------------------------------------
Dec 4 00:35:02 amun vdr[5943]: ERROR: removing stale lock file
'/video0/.lock-vdr'
Dec 4 00:35:02 amun vdr[5943]: ERROR: attempt to unlock
/video0/.lock-vdr without holding a lock!
--------------------------------------------------

Does anybody know what might be going on here?

Thanks for your help!

Bye, Benjamin
