[vdr] DVB-C driver loaded, but black screen

Hello list,

I'm a newbie concerning LinVDR and DVB, so I hope somebody can help me
with my problem.

I've a Siemens DVB-C card in my pc (Suse 7.3, kernel 2.4.10 (not
the suse kernel)).
I unpacked the siemens driver (siemens_dvb-0.9-2002-05-20) in the
/usr/local/src directory and renamed the directory to DVB. After that,
I changed to the DVB/driver directory and made a make and a make
insmod.
I got the convergence copyright at my tv screen, but after that the screen keeps
black (trying either scart and video in). In /var/log/messages I got following messages:

I also tried to start the vdr software, I can see and use the menu and
switch the channels (I've already renamed the channels.conf.cable to
channels.conf), but my screen is always black (no picture). The messages out of
/var/log/messages:

Can anybody help me? The DVB Card runs under Windows with no problem, so it
can't be a hardware problem. The antenna cable is also connected, so
this can't bei the problem either. I also tried four siemens
driver (0.9-20010721, 0.9.4-2002-05-20, 0.9.4., 0.9-20010921) but it
is always the same problem.

Thank you

Marc Schladerer
