[vdr] 1 West and 5 East

Does anyone have a diseq.conf and channels.conf for 1 West (Canal+) and 5 East (Viasat) that works with the latest developer vdr ?

It would be really nice if this could be included in later VDR releases as it is a REAL hassle to figure out the conf on your own :)
