[vdr] vdradmin suggestion

Would be nice if the line with the programm-name and the
programm-selector (dropdown-requester) in 'Programmuebersicht'
could be placed as a seperate frame.

If i select a programm and scroll down i always have to scroll
back the whole way if i want to change the channel again.
If the dropdown-requester for programm-selection would be in a
extra frame it would be always visible so that changing channels
is easier.
