So far everything looks good.

Well, this can pretty much only mean that the CA_PMT data sent doesn't satisfy
the CAM. There are still a few parameters that I can tweak. I'll see what
I can do...

This would indicate that the connection to the CAM was lost (no more "00 01 80 02 01 00"
response packets). Currently VDR doesn't check this yet and can't recover from such
a situation. I'll have to fix this later...
