I just had a look, (I'm familiar with this mount scheme), but I still 
don't think you will be able to cover all birds that you want to see
with this setup.

Hmm, going from 58W to 40E takes me about 90 seconds
Going from Hotbird to Astra takes a mere 5 seconds

.......and two fixed dishes aren't slower than one fixed dish ;o))
