I do believe it's something that's caused by the tv station because
it only happens with the RTL chanenls, but then again I'm pretty sure
that, if asked, they will tell you that their signal is well within the
specs... So I'm afraid fixing this in the driver/firmware is the only
way for us to go. There can be no reason why the replay should suddenly
block on a particular frame, no matter how damaged it may be.
