[vdr] tosvcd 0.9 - encoding start problem

hi list / werner schweer

(i am using tosvcd 0.9).

i am trying to encode a movie to svcd. the problem is , that the resulting movie starts 
ca. 10-15mins after the marked position in vdr !?

( i tried mplayer & windows media player & power dvd)


has anyone any ideas?
