Yes sounds like a good plan. I keep my stable 1.1.13 and 0.9.4 drivers backed up and symlink around if I'm testing out CVS / pre stuff and 1.1.2x . You also want to backup your channels.conf and possibly timers.conf so you can go back to the old version quickly.If something didn't work as expected is it possible to adjust the SymLinks to the old dirs and everything works as before? You have to know that my weekend won't be funny if daddy is breaking the vdr on Friday :-)
