to give a littel feedback i answer myself,

it was complete wrong to try something with the dvb-driver

after loading the modules from the sourceforge.net driver and em8300setup,
the driver is ready for the dxr3-plugin, anything inside the linux-dvb
driver seems to be obsolet

after testing the dxr3 solution at weekend i´m not saticfied with it
(compared with the now flawless working timeshift/multipidrecording
funktions of the pre2 osd-fixed driver, vdr 1.1.25, latest dxr3-plugin)

in normal transfer mode i had glitches (not very often, <5% cpu) and in
replay i got glitches every 5-10s (30-40% cpu, btw its a 2GHz testsystem)
never seen this with vdr (also tried the same recording to replay), for
me its not clear why the plugin uses so much cpu power (hdd dma is on)

not all plugins where running (the prefermenu plugin did not work and the
dvp plugin did not - without dxr3 plugin both worked ok, positve was that
the teletext and osdteletext plugins did)
i also had to restart vdr sometimes because of osd freezes (if i remeber
right the osd of dvb-s was aktive parallel to the dxr3, so the freezes
could also come from the old not osdfixed firmware)

one weird thing was that vdr had in Setup/CICAM a option to configure
CI-CAM for the second (DXR3) card (a bug in vdr?) - i did not toutched
it because it makes no sense (cam is more a option related to a recording
device)
