Sure. Since he did not tell us what kind of switch he is using, I 
assumed that he is using a 16/n switch.

If he is using a standard 8/n switch with high band only he should 
probably use this:

#1st LNB
S1.0W  99999 V 10600  [E0 10 38 F0]
S1.0W  99999 H 10600  [E0 10 38 F1]

#2nd LNB
S5.0E  99999 V 10600  [E0 10 38 F2]
S5.0E  99999 H 10600  [E0 10 38 F3]

#3rd LNB
S13.0E  99999 V 10600  [E0 10 38 F4]
S13.0E  99999 H 10600  [E0 10 38 F5]

#4th LNB
S19.2E  99999 V 10600  [E0 10 38 F6]
S19.2E  99999 H 10600  [E0 10 38 F7]

If he is using other funny configurations like cascaded switches he 
should better know what he is doing...
