[vdr] Feature Request: Offline EPG-Access by OSD

Hi,

we often missed recordings as we couldn't set up a timer while tuner
frontend was in use by a recording (channel blocked).

So I do suggest to abstract the EPG of OSD from tuning and provide the EPG
information from cache, even if VDR isn't tuned to the channel, which is
displayed in EPG.

With vdradmin this works fine. But not if there is only OSD on a machine.
