[vdr] [PATCH] recordings menu speedup

Hi all,

Following a recent suggestion on the ML I have reimplemented the recordings 
scanner using FAM. Initial test by the people of #LinuxDVB @ EFNet show some 
dramatic speed improvements.

FAM (File Access Monitor) works on local and NFS mounted filesystems. Install 
and configure it before trying the patch!!! Most newer Linux distributions do 
include it. Sources can be found at: http://oss.sgi.com/projects/fam/

PLEASE ensure fam is configured and running before filling bug reports!

Marking recordings for deletion is currently disabled in the patch. It touches 
the cleanup logic and I don't want you to accidently loose recordings. BUT, 
as normal with software: BAD THINGS can happen - so use with caution!
