[vdr] CAM and vdr-exiting

Hello

The lates CAM-patch and the latest Root-icam and Dpram-icam
have made the situation much better.
I can edit without CAM-errors :-)
Viaacess seems to work more often.
But when it does not work, vdr completely shuts down.
Szenario: I started vdr - controlled the decrypting, saw
the picture switched to a different channel and did quit xawtv
Then I wanted to start a Test-recording.
That's the logfile:

How can I avoid, that vdr is shutting down all 4 cards?
