[vdr] Loop Waiting for CICAM to initialize

Hello

Where in the code could a longer waiting-loop be inserted?

My impression is: Somtimes the Viaaccess - Card seems to be
not fully initialized. The symptoms: I can switch to that
channel, I get the name of the programm on screen, but
the screen remains apart from that "solid black".

I would like to fiddle around with some wait-loops, but
the code ist too complex for me to find the right place.
