In VDR 1.1.26 I have changed the "primary device detection" so that it works
even if the device that's indicated in setup.conf as being the primary device
doesn't have an MPEG decoder, or the primary device is implemented via a plugin.
See the section commented "// Primary device:" in VDR/vdr.c.

VDR assumes that there _always_ is a primary device, which will be used for
replaying and to display the OSD. If you want to have the 1.1.25 behaviour back
you can just take device.c and vdr.c from version 1.1.25, which should work
fine with version 1.1.26.

I'll make it so that VDR runs even if there is no device at all that can do
replay in the next version.
