Thanks Stefan for the good work :)

This version also works on some Recievers where it did not work at all
before !!!!

Confirmed on a Sony STR-DE475 (not mine ;)

And my Sony STR-DB870 QS now works perfect. Previous it somtimes had
"Maschinegun" sound when LPCM was detected - fixed now :)

You now can put my Sony STR-DB870 QS in your Reciever list.
Bitstreamout also works perfect.
