As I wrote in the other postings, irq-sharing is not the problem.
And the vdr is also running fine with shared irq for dvb and eth0.
To reserve other irqs for the dvb-cards is not possible, because
this nice barebone does only have two pci-slots.

current status: working well without acpi,
system locks and freezes for minutes
if used with acpi

current used vdr-plugins:
1. vcd: working perfect
2. mp3: plays MP3s, but fails with
audio-cd and cdfs
