[vdr] autopid-patch for vdr 1.1.29

Hello,
I tried the latest autopid-patch and it works quite fine
for DVB-c. Thanks.
As always there are some problems:

- the name of the channel is now taken from the stream.
Unfortunately my provider calls e.g. ORF 1 "ORF 1 >ORF1".
Would it be possible to take the name from the
channels.conf again?
- the patch breaks the epg data. If the data for the
channels is taken from the stream there is no more
epg-data.
- When returning from the mplayer-plugin, sometimes the
screen stays black, sometimes the sound has gone. After
switch from the channel and back again, most of the time
everything is fine again.
Here is the screen dump when returning from mplayer and
screen is black (sound is ok)
