[vdr] R: if VDR restarts while recording

Nice!

I'd like to stop resumed recordings from main menu too.
If vdr crash while is recording it resumes from a timer, so you have to
delete first the timer and then stop the recording, but it's a bit difficult
to explain this to my mother!
